Tri-County Marine was first founded by Jake Lanoue in 1986 in St. Joachim, Ontario. In the early years, we were very active in wholesaling pre-owned boats to a few northern boat dealers. As time moved forward, we began concentrating our efforts on retailing to the public. After a successful ten year run Tri-County Marine had outgrown its founding location. This expansion resulted in the purchase of a larger building with more land. Our current store is only a few miles up the road in Jake's hometown in beautiful Belle River on the lake. Jake's wife Marie joined the team in 1995 to handle all of the office duties as well as making certain each and every boat is properly cleaned before delivery. Their two children Jake Jr. and Paula are involved in various detail services on a part time basis. This family business has always prided itself in bringing the most affordably priced, serviced pre-owned boats to the Ontario market since 1986.

From day one, Jake has maintained a very close relationship with a few key associate marine stores, many of which he still deals with today. Not only do we offer clean, pre-owned boats, we also offer parts, service & storage. Whether you are buying or selling, let Jake's 32+ years of full time dedicated experience work for you.
